Click here to view The Record obituary article dated April 4, 2015 mentioning Roger J. Trentacosta had served in the Army. He was 72 years old.

Roger would have been 18 in 1961 during the draft for the Vietnam War, so I have chosen to list him under Vietnam War. I have no proof that he attended Hackensack High School, but the obituary states he was a long time resident of Hackensack.

Roger J. Trentacosta is buried in the oldest cemetery in Hackensack, Maple Grove, which shows a strong connection to Hackensack.

So for those reasons he is being listed on our website.
